Updating an Old Email Address

Note: Your username and email address are the same. They are in the form johndoe@dmsaccess.com.

  1. Search for one of these icons on your desktop:

    Internet Access - Outlook Internet Access - Netscape 4 Internet Access - Netscape 6

  2. If you find a match click on its picture above. If you have more than one, Outlook Express is prefered.
  3. If you do not have one of these icons, click the Start menu.
  4. Click on Programs

  5. Search in the Programs for one of the following:

    Internet Access - Outlook Internet Access - Netscape 4 Internet Access - Netscape 6

  6. If you find a match click on its picture above. If you have more than one, Outlook Express is preferred.
